About Us

Founded in 1995, Brandeis Starving Artists has been delighting audiences on and off-campus for over 25 years with innovative arrangements, eclectic style, and infectious energy. The group has proudly released five studio albums since 1999, with "Family Dinner" as the most recent album and "Heavenly Father" as the most recent single. As a group, Starving Artists has appeared on seasons four and five of Boston WGBH's show "Sing That Thing" and were also recently asked to open for the Rockettes Christmas Spectacular Show at Radio City Music Hall. Starving Artists has competed in the International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella (ICCAs), reaching the Semifinal round in 2010 and taking home the Best Vocal Percussion Award two years in a row. Starving Artists looks forward to the future opportunities to tour and perform at colleges, high schools, charity events, and private functions.
